1: Pneumatic main chuck
The pneumatic main chuck is mainly a barrel structure. The end of the pipe is clamped by serrated jaws. It can be inserted into the same type of pneumatic chuck. The front cylinder inside the barrel directly pushes the jaws (high clamping force). One-piece gear drive rotation (high stability), and at the same time is equipped with a pull-out screw to adjust the gear meshing gap, the main chuck is equipped with a pneumatic rotary joint at the end of the main chuck, and the jaw clamping action requires continuous air supply.
2: Pneumatic middle chuck
The pneumatic middle chuck is mainly a hollow one-piece chuck with internal 6-stage grinding gear structure transmission, high stability and cylinder thrust transmission efficiency, stronger bearing capacity, and external integrated helical gear transmission, which is stable and durable. The internal gas circuit is equipped with an induction check valve, and the pressure is maintained after the clamping of the jaws and the air supply is completed, and the pipe can be held for a long time without loosening without continuous air supply.
2. Operation precautions
1: The time required for the jaws to be clamped and released
In the platform configuration setting software, there are the clamping air supply time of the main chuck and the middle chuck, and the air supply time of the chuck when the chuck is released. During the air supply time, the middle chuck cannot enter the rotating state. When the middle chuck is supplied with air, the air seal is in a locked state. If the chuck rotates at this time, it will cut off the anti-rotation screw of the air seal or wear the internal rubber, causing unnecessary Damaged by human operation. That is to say, the machine cannot be started for cutting before the air supply time of the middle chuck is over! ! !
2: Precautions when the main chuck extends into the middle chuck for short tail cutting
① When the main chuck extends into the middle chuck, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough distance and limit switch to prevent the chuck from hitting.
②If the main chuck extends out of the middle chuck, it is necessary to ensure that the middle chuck jaws are opened in place to prevent the main chuck from hitting the middle chuck jaws.
③The anti-collision function needs to be activated when the main chuck extends into the middle chuck for cutting, and the middle chuck jaw opening sensor is optional or installed.
④The main chuck is extended to cut the middle chuck, and the distance between the main chuck claw and the laser head must be ensured to prevent the cutting from hitting the laser head.
3: Do not approach the main chuck and the middle chuck when the machine is cutting, to prevent the chuck from being injured when it rotates and moves forward.
